Our COVID Policy Remains Unchanged

If a member of your household bubble is sent home from school to isolate, you must not attend Falmouth United for the 10 days of isolation. Please inform your team manager immediately. Subsequently if your child or a member of your family start to show symptoms or has a positive COVID test you must inform your team manager.

If your child has siblings within another age group. Their sibling must also not attend Falmouth United for the 10 days of isolation.

If your coach/manager has asked to isolate from being in contact with an individual who has tested positive, your manager will try to sort cover for any sessions they will miss.

We are being cautious with our approach to insure that we protect the wellbeing of all of our players and aim to minimise as much disruption as possible for all of our teams.

An email will be circulated on a Tuesday and Friday. The email will contain the link to the online Self-Assessment form that will need to be completed before every training session or match. The links can also be found at the bottom of this post.

Attached to this post is our latest COVID-19 risk assessment. There will also be a new field added to the registration form, asking if you have read and understood our guidance. This must be signed off before the return to training this week.

We all hope you are looking forward to returning to football this week. If you have any questions, please contact your team manager in the first instance. Further support will be available if required.
