I hope you’ve had a great weekend and successful games for all that have played
I wanted to give all in the club advanced notice of the subs fee and payment structure for next season
We are putting this out to the club now, due to the changes being made and to give parents time to make allowances in their personal finances so payment can be made before the date highlighted below
The subs amount will be £165
Costs associated with running a club of over 250 players across multiple age groups are increasing, hence the small increase
As an example our pitch hire from Penryn College for training and matches is increasing by 10% next season
Payment will be required to be made in a single instalment
The 3 instalment option this season did not work
The payment window will be June 1st to Friday September 5th
Players who have not paid by September 5th, will be permitted to 'train only'.
Once paid they can play again in games
Parents who might struggle with payment in full by the date above, due to financial hardship need to communicate this with their coach & myself as treasurer
Privacy of individual circumstances is guaranteed
The treasurer requires any communications in relation to payment issues to be no later than the end of the first training session after the summer break (date TBC)
In short, leaving it until the day before subs are due to highlight an issue is not fair to the rest of the club
The committee believes this to be fair to all players and parents alike
